Meetings Connection Information

Note: Meetings may be hybrid or fully remote. Plenary format information is below; committees and Senate Council should review their agenda or contact their Chair.

Plenary Meetings:

Location: 112 Kern – University Park campus, or remote. All meetings will have a remote format available, but some meetings may be fully remote – see “2024-2025 Senate Calendar” table below.

Senators: Join via Zoom link, sent to your email.

Public: Livestream via Teams here.

Time: 1:30 p.m.

Senators will use our Microsoft PowerApps portal during Senate plenary meetings to vote and log attendance. See voting instructions here.

Standing Committee Meetings:

Location: On University Park campus or remote. Please visit your committee’s Teams space or reach out to your committee chair/vice chair for information on location and time.

Held on the morning of standard Senate Plenary meeting dates. Committees generally choose not to meet on Special or tentative summer Plenary dates, but may elect to if a topic or report is pertinent to the committee. Updates may be shared via Teams or email.

Senate Council Meetings:

Location: 102 Kern or via Zoom link, sent to your email.

Time: 1:30 p.m.
